How do I order?
Crawl the website and choose the product that suits your interest most. You will find a button saying "Add to Cart", click on the button which will open in a new window. The item will be added immediately in your shopping cart and you will be requested to fill up the form given there on with your payment details. And there you are, with your order placed at no time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, in most cases you can track your order. You will be provided with your EMS tracking number immediately after your parcel has been dispatched. You can use your tracking number at India Post to find the current position of your parcel. You may also use EMS Cooperative and Track-Trace to find current status of your parcel, only if you didn't find complete information from India Post website.
What payment option do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and Paypal payments securely, and hassle-free. We are Paypal verified and you are always secure with your payments.
Is your payment option secure?

Am I paying directly to Bead 'n Shop?
Any payment made within this website is wholly paid / transferred to Maruti International (manufacturer of products listed at beadNshop.com). Maruti International reserves complete right over beadNshop.com and its operations. Any amount to be paid by T/T, Cheque, Draft, etc. should be paid in the name of Maruti International.
When my order will be dispatched?
Normally, your order will be dispatched within 10-14 working days from the date you have ordered. We will try our best to ship your parcel much earlier then it. In case you have placed order for beads with various designs then we may take more than 20 days for shipment of your parcel.
I would like to cancel / exchange my order.
Please contact sales & order processing department as soon as possible to cancel / exchange your order. Normally your order is placed for processing within 2-3 working days of your order received. If your order has already been placed for processing then your order could not be canceled / exchanged. If your request has been accepted for exchange before processing then any remaining amount after exchange confirmation will be send to you or any amount exceeding the paid amount will be asked for payment. While refunding of your money in case of cancellation or exchange you have to pay the paypal transaction fees.
I want to return all or some of your product.
Goods once dispatched shall not be accepted on any grounds.
Your minimum order quantity is high.
We manufacture only in bulk, we do not accept small orders. It was our outmost effort to bring the quantity to as low as 50 pc for beads. But if you still feel that the quantity is higher for you then you may leave your request for specified quantity with exact model number. We do not guarantee if your small order proposal will be accepted but we will try our best to fulfill your desire.
Your shipping charges are expensive.
We have given our best and discounted shipping rates that we have got from India Post. If you have UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT account number then we will be pleased to send the goods to you with your shipping account number and as per your request. We try to provide the best service at the most competitive rates available.
Do you have discounted rates for bulk quantities?
Yes, we have most discounted rates for bulk quantities. Go to wholesale beads supplier & exporter section to find more information. Only serious buyers, please.
I have placed an order but haven't got any response from you.
Orders are served on first come first served basis. Whether it is a small order or a big, we give preference to our customer. We normally don't miss out any of our customer order but due to excessive demand and work, we may have fail to reply (manual) you in time. If we have not replied about processing of your order within a week, then please remind us quoting your name, email address, mailing address and payment confirmation, as provided earlier.
It has been more than two weeks and still I haven't received my parcel.
We take 10-14 days time to work on your order and to get it ready for shipment. If your goods are shipped by Speed Post then it must reach you within 3-5 days and within 8-12 days if shipped by Registered India Post after the day of shipment. You will be provided with your parcel tracking number immediately after your goods have been dispatched. But still after 3 weeks if you have not received your parcel then please let us know.
What happens when ordered quantities are out of stock?
We normally do not keep goods in stock. We only manufacture after receipt of your order quantities and advance payment. We manufacture all products related to lac on our own, no middle man - whatsoever. Therefore, we might get into some delays, please don't get frustrated. We will try our best to avoid delays and will try to send the parcel in right time. We do not accept customer specified designs or alteration in current designs for any quantity below 1,000 pc.
I would like to try your samples first.
We will not be able to provide you each single piece of our product. If you are really interested for samples for bulk quantities (only) then you may leave a request at customer service department specifying the exact model number of the product that you require. Please note that sample cost will be higher.
I have not found goods as per the exact color and size.
Our goods are completely, 100%, handmade. So please never expect same size for each and every piece. Variations will surely occur. Even the color are mixed by hand, no exact percentage of its content, therefore a difference in color will also occur. But we try our maximum to provide you the exact color, exact size with exact design. Please check out the beads manufacturing procedure to let yourself know why these beads color, size and design may vary in each single piece and why we really call these beads a monopoly bead or a unique bead.
I want my own color, size and design to be made in your beads and other products.
We only design for bulk orders / export orders. Our products are made by hand so we do not guarantee that if your design can be converted in our desired beads and other products completely. But we will try our best to work on your design and to give it its shape. Even for the small quantities you can leave your design with us. If in any case we could work on your design, then we will let you know. Your designs are always safe with us.
