Ordering Question
Crawl the website and choose the product that suits your interest most. You will find a button saying "Add to Cart", click on the button to add the product to your "shopping cart" which is near the top-right corner of the screen. The item will be added to your "shopping cart". You can add more products to your "shopping cart" similarly. After you are done, click on the "view cart" link or "checkout" link which will appear in "shopping cart". Follow the instructions provided thereon to proceed further.
We do not have facility to accept orders through phone/fax. Currently, we only accept online orders generated through our website.
Yes. We accept online orders from 190 countries which includes almost all major countries. Customers from countries which are not listed at shipping information page can order only by paying through bank/wire transfer. After you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation invoice from Bead 'n Shop. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, then please contact "customer service" through contact page.
To check the current status of your order please "login" to the website (or go to "my account" if already logged-in) and then go to "order history" section. Status of an order are divided into:
  • Pending: Payment is still awaited.
  • Payment Received: Payment successfully received.
  • Processing: Order is under manufacturing/packaging.
  • In Shipment: Package is with delivery agency.
  • Completed (Delivered): Package safely delivered to you.
  • Canceled: Order canceled.

Order once submitted (placed) cannot be cancelled. However, if you have any problems please contact "customer department" through contact page.
Yes, all orders can be tracked. Tracking information and number will be sent to your email address after 3-4 days of getting your parcel dispatched.
Minimum Order Questions
We do not keep goods in stock. Goods are manufactured after we receive your order. We manufacture all products related to Maruti, Kashmiri and Lac on our own, no middle man - whatsoever.
The minimum order quantity for Lac and Kashmiri bead is 50pc per design; Maruti bead is 25pc per design, copper and glass bead is 100gram per design. The minimum order amount is $60 USD (excluding shipping charges).
We manufacture only in bulk, we do not accept small orders. It was our utmost effort to bring the quantity to as low as 50pc per design for beads. But if you still feel that the quantity is higher for your needs then you may leave a request for specified quantity with exact model number at "customer service" through contact page. We do not guarantee if your proposal will be accepted or not.
Payment Questions
We accept payments in 18 different currencies which include almost all major currencies. For more information please go to currency converter page.
We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eCheck and PayPal. You can also pay through bank/wire transfer. For more information regarding bank/wire transfer please contact "customer service" through contact page.
We use PayPal - the most secure and easy option for online payment. Payments at are made at PayPal secure website only i.e., you will be asked to provide your credit card (payment) details on PayPal website therefore you are always secured regarding your payment. PayPal uses VeriSign certified SSL to protect and encrypt payment information.
Online payment made through website is paid to Maruti International® (India). Amount to be paid by bank/wire transfer, cheque, draft, etc. should be paid in the name of "Maruti International".
Shipping Questions
Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of "country" and "purchase amount". For detail information regarding shipping charges go to shipping information page.

You only have to pay product price and shipping charge. There are no hidden or additional cost.

Generally handmade (handicraft) products are free from custom duties and taxes, however in some instances if a buyer's country law requires payment of import duty, excise duty, inspection charges or any other charges then they are to be borne by the buyer. Till date, almost all shipments made through Bead 'n Shop were delivered free from such charges & duties.

Delivery Questions
Deliveries are made through express courier services - DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, etc.
Delivery can only be made to "street address".
It generally takes 10-14 working days to dispatch the parcel from the date you have placed the order. If various different products are ordered, dispatch time may extend up to 20 working days.
Courier agency (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, etc.) will take around 4-6 working days to deliver the parcel after dispatch.
It generally takes 10-14 working days to get your parcel ready for shipment. Since we manufacture goods on our own, sometimes due to unavailability of raw materials and accessories the processing time may extend up to 20 days. It will further take 4-6 working days by courier agency to get your parcel delivered. You will be informed with tracking number once your parcel gets dispatched. But after 3 weeks if you still didn't hear from us then please contact "customer service" through contact page with your invoice (order) number or transaction ID.
Our goods are completely, 100%, handmade. So please don't expect same size and weight for each and every piece. Variations can occur. Even the color are mixed by hand, no exact percentage of its content, therefore a little difference in color can also occur. But we will try our best to provide you with the exact color and size.
Return / Refund Questions
Goods once dispatched shall not be returned on any grounds. However, if you have any complaints regarding the products delivered, please contact "customer service" through contact page.
Catalog & Sample Questions
At present, we do not have printed (hard copy) catalog. However you can crawl through our online website "catalog" in the navigation panel.

We do not entertain free samples however we can ship a sample package containing around 50pc assorted beads for $65.00 USD for countries listed in group A and $75.00 USD for countries listed in group B as mentioned at shipping information page which includes shipping charges as well.

Sample bead package will be shipped within 5-7 working days through express courier after your payment is received. It will further take 4-6 working days to deliver the package. You'll be provided with tracking number after dispatch of the parcel.
